  • Biblical Theology and Mission

This course integrates insights from theology and missiology to reflect on a biblical view of God’s mission—to redeem all of creation, bless every nation, and restore God’s shalom. Learners walk through the entire biblical narrative from this perspective, laying a foundation for a lifestyle that joins God in His mission.

  • Transforming Truths

This course introduces the core teachings of the Christian faith as taught in Scripture and developed throughout church history. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of these truths to Christian living and global mission. Learners are equipped to think theologically from Scripture, drawing on tradition, experience, and reason. Theological insights are explored in ways that lead to God-glorifying transformation and the pursuit of shalom in every area of life.

  • Discipleship and Mentoring 1

This course focuses on discipleship toward Christlikeness, paired with mentoring toward a God-honoring personal calling.

  • Discipleship and Mentoring 2

Building on the first course, this module emphasizes the life of a disciple within a community of fellow disciples and the responsibility to make disciples as modeled and commanded by Jesus.

  • Spirituality and Wholeness 1

This course integrates spirituality and wholeness through a biblical framework known as the "relational diamond," with emphasis on intimacy with God, identity in Christ, abiding in Christ, inner healing, and hearing God's voice.

  • Spirituality and Wholeness 2

A continuation of the first course, this module focuses on Christ-centered character formation—especially through self-denial and humility—while practicing classical spiritual disciplines and cultivating honoring, healthy relationships within the Christian community.

  • Intercultural Studies

This course introduces the field of intercultural studies, focusing on whole-person formation for reflective practitioners. Intellectual formation is achieved through intercultural and missiological theory ("head"), character formation through developing healthy attitudes toward other cultures ("heart"), and practical formation through skill-building exercises ("hands"). A particular emphasis is placed on applying innovation principles to address intercultural challenges.

  • Community Development

Learners are introduced to the foundational theories and practices of community transformation, drawing from the interdisciplinary field of Community Development and biblically-based holistic missiology. Practical experience is gained through implementing simple community Seed Projects.

  • Applied Learning in Community Development

Learners engage in hands-on work within a community or community organization through research, service, organizing, or other development activities. They systematically report on their experiences and receive coaching and feedback from experienced development practitioners.

  • Multiplying Kingdom Movements

This course explores the foundational principles of Movement Dynamics—individual and group dynamics that foster Jesus-centered movements and God-glorifying transformation. Learners challenge themselves holistically as emerging movement catalysts and leaders, cultivating mindsets, heart postures, and practices found in effective leaders around the world.

  • Applied Learning in Multiplying Kingdom Movements

This course guides learners through the systematic "PEOPLES" planning process to engage a less-reached community and catalyze a movement to Jesus. Learners reflect on and report their experiences and receive coaching from experienced movement practitioners.

  • Social Business

Learners are introduced to biblical principles, transformative business paradigms, and best practices in business and entrepreneurship that empower positive, transformative community and societal impact. Each learner develops a viable business idea and creates a profitable business plan.

  • Applied Learning in Social Business

Learners implement an existing business idea and plan—typically developed in the Social Business course. Each learner works with an experienced, kingdom-minded business practitioner to reflect on their startup journey and receive ongoing coaching and mentoring.
